S.C.& S. Future, Inc has been in the Apartment Rental business in Boone since 1973. We have grown from one house with three apartments to approximately 90 revenue (mostly apartments, some commercial, and a few laundry) units. Our primary objectives have always been SERVICE, LOCATION, and REASONABLE RENTS. |

You can call the office and leave
a message 24 hours a day. The maintenance calls are reviewed
each morning at 6:00am by our Maintenance Supervisor, Charlie Mastin, and he repairs the problem that day. If the problem involves more time either he, or the General Manager, Jim Austin, will keep you informed as to the progress of the repair. |

We are constantly reviewing our rent
structure to try to stay below the market, but at the same
time we have a 6 year remodeling plan underway which calls
for a major face lift for all our buildings. The best proof
for you is to compare our prices with others. |

All of our apartments are
located downtown Boone right next to the campus and in
general are closer to the classrooms than the dorms. |
