S.C.&S. Future offers affordable apartments for rent in historic downtown Boone, North Carolina. We offer nearly 90 rental units with most of them being studio and efficiency rentals located along King Street. All of our rentals are located within walking distance to Appalachian State University's campus and are generally closer to classrooms than the dorms.

My experience with SC&S Future was very pleasant. My apartment was in the perfect location for either going to classes on campus or shopping along King Street.
